What Canvryn is building
Canvryn provides the reusable product and deployment layer for AI-supported business workflows. The platform is designed around context retrieval, model and capability routing, bounded tool access, human approval gates and evidence of completion.
Hermes is the governed execution control layer underneath Canvryn. It coordinates bounded execution, approvals, operational state and verification without creating a separate control system for every deployment.
Built through real operating environments
The platform is being shaped through operating environments across property operations, trade and procurement, finance operations and visual quotation workflows. Those deployments are used to identify patterns that can become reusable Canvryn infrastructure.
Operating principle
Canvryn treats AI as part of an operating system for work rather than as a standalone chatbot. Machine execution should move quickly where it is bounded and appropriate; consequential authority should remain explicit and reviewable.
